Firstly, my bottom line is, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom and his company. I contacted Tom as I was in need of an air-conditioning unit for my elderly Mothers bedroom as she was really struggling in the current heat. Tom was very cordial, friendly and helpful and put me at ease immediately without all the nonsense bluff sales stuff you get these days.. He was frank and to the point without dancing around. He followed through with what he said and he came to visit the next day on Friday and discussed what would be suitable for our application without being pushy. I'm an engineer so I was quite sensitive to being "overly sold" something and I felt Tom was honest and explained things clearly. It was a quick decision to go ahead and his quote was VERY fair indeed. I said we needed it quickly which he noted and he called me later to say they'd been a cancellation and he could come on the Monday, that's was brilliant. Indeed he arrived as he said he would and cracked on with the job, no messing around. Less than three hours and he was done, perfect.. Cleaned around thoroughly, put things back as they were, job done.. You couldn't ask for more than that. No issues at all, very professional, clearly he knows his stuff and what he is doing without a doubt. I have asked him to quote for another unit sometime as I so impressed.. My 94y old mom is over-the-moon with the result of her much colder room and she is thoroughly enjoying the air-conditioning experience and how she now feels, in a much better mood.
